How It Works

Choose Your Products: Select the type of product you want to customize (jackets, t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts) and choose the sizes and quantity.
Submit Your Design: If you need help creating a design, you can request design assistance from our in-house design team.

Email our design team the picture of your truck, design, or any other imagery you would like to see on your customized product.
- We generally request a few types of images, depending on the nature of the design and request of the customer.
- A picture of your entire truck in frame, preferably one at an angle and one straight-on
- A straight-on picture of your logo or design
- Any other graphic design or imagrey you would like customized on your final product

We will send you a digital mock-up or proof of your design on the product. Review it carefully and provide approval before production begins.
We can revise or edit our digital mockups to achieve the vision of each customer
*NOTE* This is a back and forth process, depending on how fast we can achieve the desired design and approval, our entire process can be streamlined.

Once your design is approved, we will start the production process in our workshop
Depending on whether the product is printed or embroidered, it will be put through several production processes to achieve the desired customization options

We will send you an itemized invoice for the customized products, once payment is recieved, the items are dispatched
The finished products are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment
The packaged items are shipped to your specified address. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.
