How It Works

1. Place Your Order!

  • Choose Your Products: Select the type of product you want to customize (jackets, t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts) and choose the sizes and quantity.
  • Submit Your Design: If you need help creating a design, you can request design assistance from our in-house design team. 

2. Send Us Pictures!

  • Email our design team the picture of your truck, design, or any other imagery you would like to see on your customized product. 
    • We generally request a few types of images, depending on the nature of the design and request of the customer. 
    • A picture of your entire truck in frame, preferably one at an angle and one straight-on
    • A straight-on picture of your logo or design
    • Any other graphic design or imagrey you would like customized on your final product

3. Pre-Production

  • We will send you a digital mock-up or proof of your design on the product. Review it carefully and provide approval before production begins.
  • We can revise or edit our digital mockups to achieve the vision of each customer 
  •  *NOTE* This is a back and forth process, depending on how fast we can achieve the desired design and approval, our entire process can be streamlined. 

4. Production Workshop

  • Once your design is approved, we will start the production process in our workshop
  • Depending on whether the product is printed or embroidered, it will be put through several production processes to achieve the desired customization options

5. Shipment and Delivery

  • We will send you an itemized invoice for the customized products, once payment is recieved, the items are dispatched
  • The finished products are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment
  • The packaged items are shipped to your specified address. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.
